Partners in Change (PIC) stands in solidarity with the movement for social justice and racial equity. We are committed to the belief that all citizens must have opportunities for personal, social, and economic upward mobility.
Through free, supportive, coaching relationships, PIC seeks to ensure that all individuals have the right to personal development, self-empowerment, and forward progress in their lives.
COVID-19's devastation amplified many longstanding inequities, including increased health disparities, social isolation, and job loss.
PIC presents a new and unique model for supporting those living in under-resourced communities, focused on recognizing assets, building skills, and long-term transformation.
